Happy Tuesday gorgeous people. Did you have a good weekend? Today's vlog is from Summer in the City 2015. It was my first time at the event and not 100% what I was expecting either. Yippee I've finally got around to putting up my Secret Garden Party vlog! I was going to write a full blown post on it but with mixed feelings about this year due to things that can't be helped i.e weather, I decided to let the vlog do the talking.
I adore Secret Garden Party, with this being my 7th year in a row but I will admit without trying to slate it that in my opinion this wasn't the best year but still a magical and enchanting place to be a part of non the less. Check out my posts from 2013 and 2014 for more of a write up.

September for The Handmade Fair. Kirstie Allsopp is back this September to
bring you a remarkable craft event like no other!
Set in the gorgeous venue of
Hampton Court Palace, the craft market brings buying, learning and making all
together for craft lovers alike. Why not get involved and have a dabble in a
range of Skills Workshops? Here you can learn a new skill or perfect an
existing one you know and love. From paper craft to fashion, upcycling to
yarning- there’s something for everyone.
In the Super Theatre, there will
be entertaining interviews and live demonstrations from top crafters such as
Mollie Makes and Annie Sloan (swoon!) Kirstie has worked with all the experts
in the theatre who are here to give you insider secrets and the latest craft
trends. Exciting stuff!
Then there’s the Grand Make tents
which fill me with pure excitement and glee. Here you’ll get the chance to make wonderful things as gifts or for your home, being shown how easy it is to
create something beautiful. Pick from a
fantastic range of crafts to learn and be inspired by such as Leather Feather Fringe Jewellery (what
an amazing name) and Epic Garlands.
And what craft fair would be
complete without wonderful craft stalls? There are some fantastic vendors lined
up this year selling all the pretty things as well as craft supplies for all
your making needs. The shopping village itself is split into two parts as well
as stand-alone stalls and stands for you to peruse at your leisure.
The tickets range from entry
only, full experience and VIP with lots of options to choose from. I personally
went for the full experience. I’m all over the workshops, super theatre and
grand make to satisfy my crafting addiction.

I've had a wonderful month of leisurely things and a bit of laziness too which has been lovely but blogging was never far from my mind. A break did me the world of good and I'm back with plenty of exciting posts lined up for you- the first going up tomorrow with a video too!
